If you encounter any issues with your order and wish to request a refund, please do so within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Please inform us promptly if your order:
– Is missing items that were included in the final receipt and for which you were charged. – Contains damaged, spoiled, or items that are otherwise unusable.
Refunds are processed promptly, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your bank or credit card account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Please note that refunds will not appear in your GroceryList account.
Any GroceryList credits can be viewed in the “Credits, Promos & Gift Cards” section of your GroceryList account. These credits will be automatically applied during the checkout process for your next order.
