**Terms of Services**

The Services encompass a technology platform that presents you with a virtual storefront, allowing you to select goods for picking and packing by one or more personal shoppers and subsequent delivery to your location. These picking, packing, and delivery services may be carried out by third parties, including Retailer personnel, independent contractors, and third-party logistics providers (collectively referred to as “Third Party Providers”).

Please note the following:
– Services provided by Third Party Providers are executed by third-party independent contractors who are not employed by GroceryList.
– GroceryList does not oversee, direct, or control the services provided by Third Party Providers to you.

By using the Services to place an order for goods, you authorize the purchase of those goods from Retailers, and if you have opted for delivery services, the delivery of those goods by Third Party Providers.

Unless otherwise specified, you understand and agree that GroceryList and the Third-Party Provider act as your agents when ordering, picking, packing, and/or delivering goods. The Retailer—not the Third-Party Provider or GroceryList—is the seller of the goods to you. You acknowledge that your purchase is made from the selected Retailer, that the Retailer is the merchant of record, and that title to the goods passes to you upon purchase at the applicable Retailer’s store.

Additionally:
– Groserylist may alter the fees charged for the Services, including delivery fees, service fees, alcohol service fees, and heavy order fees. Your card will be temporarily authorized for an amount greater than the total purchase amount to accommodate situations where the total exceeds the initial amount due to special requests,
